We normally love Jubies, tonight we went and the workers were rude to us as we stood for 5 minutes as the only customers at the counter without a single look from the 4-6 workers to try any ice cream prior to ordering. Once we worked our way over to the register after looking at the ice creams, the worker rudely just asked if we were ready or not. We then asked if we could try an ice cream and got an eye roll and she slowly walked over and let my mom try the hot honey flavor having never tried it before. We then tried to order our four cups of ice cream. We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as when our ice cream was delivered 3/4 ice creams were filled a quarter to half way with the melted ice cream goop sitting on top of the containers in the freezer. The fourth ice cream which was my 2.5 year old son’s was completely filled with melted goop. We tried to get him to eat the ice cream where he strongly refused (as this is not the normal look or consistency of ice cream.) it was a waste of a trip and honestly a waste of our money. We will unfortunately just be making the further trip to go to Young’s where we know our experience and quality is guaranteed every time

Delicious. 1st time there and the workers were fantastic! They told us about the ice creams and they were quick to get our order. I had the banana cream pie and my guy had the coconut cream pie.Thank you! It was delicious and filling.

On a family trip and we stopped for some ice cream and custard at Jubie’s. What a fabulous experience! It is always great to see young people working their first jobs and be enthusiastic and helpful. Very enjoyable and we will definitely be back when we are in the area next!

Oct 2025 Oh, my !! I am from out of state, but visit my sister here when I can. She's brought me here a coupla times over the last few years and it's always delish !! A good selection of ice cream and sauces and you've got yourself a great ice cream snack. Their banana dessert comes with chocolate covered bananas - I didn't see that listed and woulda not dipped them had I known 😄 It sure is a HUUUUGE ice cream dish ( at least for me) and well worth the money. But, every thing is delish and worth stopping by for ! They have some out door tables and a drive thru for your convenience 😃

Jubie’s Creamery off of Stewart and Dayton Yellow Springs. This place was fantastic. They offer both inside and drive through services. As we were deciding what to order, the staff was super friendly and allowed us to try whatever flavor we wanted before we decided to buy. I totally forgot to capture my ice cream but the Buckeye flavor in the waffle cone is top notch. They give you a good scoop too! 10/10 would come back in the winter too!
